MS -- Find Your Own Way

It occurs to me that after almost 10 years with multiple sclerosis -- you have to find your own way with how you treat the disease. You have to decide what treatments will work best for you and what you are willing to accept with the impact of multiple sclerosis and your life.

You have to choose:
- to use an injectible or not
- what other accompanying medicines you are willing to put in your body (are the side effects worth it)
- if you are going to subscribe to the theory that vitamins are better for you and which ones are safe to take
- which actions are going to make living with multiple sclerosis everyday more tolerable
- and what you are going to do to help someone else who is struggling with multiple sclerosis

I truly believe that helping other people helps you deal with things in your own life. If it makes your toleration of multiple sclerosis even just a bit better, isn't it worth it?
